In this course you will learn the basic CrossFit elements, such as weightlifting, gymnastics, strength endurance, endurance as well as the correct execution. Our coach pays particular attention to a safe and efficient execution of the exercises. You will apply the movements learned here later in our workouts. The intensity of the workout can be individually adjusted depending on the fitness level. CrossFit is therefore suitable for everyone!
