CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary activity, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Our CrossFit Kids program uses games and play to introduce children between the ages of 5 and 9 to the joy of exercise while developing the basic physical movements that are important to their everyday lives.
Our CrossFit Teens program introduces older children between 10 and 16 to the more advanced elements of CrossFit with a focus on mastery of technique in a fun and playful environment.
In both programs kids will learn not only the basics to help them lead a healthy physical lifestyle, but also practice good sportsmanship, encouragement, inclusion, accountability and teamwork. We highly encourage parents to join in as well. After all, we are all kids at heart!
